Out before dawn this morning, and the drizzle had left the grass covered in droplets. I had the head torch on, and the droplets were sending back to me a greenish-white sparkling light. These lights shone from the sides of the path, marking the way to go.
And there was some micro-weather right in front of my face, the drizzle slanting across my field of view, and my breath a milky light bouncing up and down in front of me. (Actually it was I who was bouncing, as I walked).
With cloud down to 200m and the rain getting heavier, the daylight scenery, when eventually it came, was a lot less impresssive.
